The Golf Course
The course is virtually flat, with four minor inclines giving uphill and downhill fairways. Individual trees and copses are major attractions and hazards, and the River Wear meanders around several holes. Accurate driving is needed throughout the course to open up direct shots to the green.
The greens are comparatively large, giving golfers of all abilities the hope of achieving that elusive par or birdie. Our clubhouse offers excellent facilities, including a wide menu of food for both members and visitors.
