Catering Supervisor / Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to run the daily operations of our catering services. The ideal candidate will possess, extensive culinary and hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. This role involves ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality food production for Club's bar and function menus .You will play a vital role in food preparation, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all catering activities.

Responsibilities

To ensure adequate and timely supply of all foods and related goods
To take responsibility for the production of food and staff employed in this respect, for day to day running of the kitchen and for functions held from time to time
To comply with the company Health and Safety policy at all times
To ensure the required GP on food sales is achieved
To contribute to menu production and costing
To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen area and equipment
To complete reasonable additional duties as requested by line management
To work the hours of the business as required
To work as part of the club’s team
Conduct regular training sessions on food safety, hygiene practices, and service standards.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a catering, hospitality, or restaurant environment.
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
Ability to work on own initiative and be a self starter, whilst also being part of an established team
Familiarity with menu development, event catering logistics, and customer service excellence is desirable.

Skills
